- Our store (promleeflowers.com) is for business/trade customers only.
- You can change the currency and see prices displayed in different currencies, eg, Euros, Dollars etc, by using the Currencies dropdown menu, which is at the top of the left hand column on the desktop site, and at the bottom of the "three bars" mobile menu . For some countries the Local currency will be automatically selected, eg. US Dollar, Euros, but all prices will still be based in (calculated from) Thai Baht (THB ฿).
- Customers need to be registered and logged in before items can be ordered. It is not possible to view prices unless logged in.
- The minimum quantity that can be ordered per item is 5 items/packets.
- The minimum value per order is $2,000 USD. Our website will not accept an order for less than this amount.
- After adding items to your shopping cart, you can either view and edit items in your shopping cart by clicking "Shopping Cart", or you can go straight to the checkout process by clicking "Checkout"
- Due to the constant high demand for our products, we cannot keep all items in stock. If an item that's ordered is not in stock, it will need to be produced by our production team in our factory. It takes approximately 3 - 6 weeks to complete most orders (depending on the order size). After receipt of an order, upon request we can advise on the time scale for manufacturing and shipping
- We will not ask for full payment when you submit your order via this website, however, we may ask for a deposit payment before can accept the order. After receipt of an order we will check the order, and send to our factory for processing. Before the order is complete, we will send an invoice for payment of the full or outstanding balance amount. After we receive full payment, the order will be shipped.
- We accept payment by bank transfer only. Our preferred payment method is by Wise bank transfer: https://www.wise.com. We will ask for a deposit payment before we can accept the order.
PLEASE NOTE: orders will be shipped directly from our factory in Thailand. Customers are responsible for paying any import duty or taxes that apply to importing goods to their country.
